CLIENT AGREEMENT

Vip Fitness and its sub brands listed here within responsibility and overview of C David Qualified Fitness Professional

This agreement is made between Vip-PT ltd, its qualified team representatives and the client/member/online visitor.

TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Will perform as a Personal Trainer/Training Instructor/Coach. Where applicable, a fitness assessment may be required, usually only for one-to-one or group training. This is at the discretion of the PT/Instructor/Coach.

  • Programmes and motivation will be supplied and delivered to VIP in-house standards and expectations. All codes of conduct will be expected and monitored.

  • Will stay current with applicable professional qualifications and maintain exceptionally high standards for the benefit of all VIP clients, customers, and online visitors, including international qualifications where appropriate.

  • Will be on time, immaculately presented, and ready to begin the session or class.

  • In the event of absence due to sickness and if the session is not covered, every effort will be made to ensure the session/class goes ahead, whether through frontline or online services. We operate in real-time with live catch-up available.

  • UK Public Holidays will be observed, and clients and members will be notified of any changes to timetables. This is not applicable to online services, as pre-recorded sessions will replace any live sessions that fall on a UK national holiday.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Has and will accurately and honestly complete the health questionnaire, providing current and past history relevant to understanding their physical condition to proceed safely in the activity. 

  • Will promptly inform the trainer of any changes in medical condition and accepts personal responsibility to inform VIP in all cases to ensure duty of care and appropriate assessment of the activity undertaken.

  • Will comply with all payment scheduling and payment policies as set forth relevant to the activity/service chosen.

  • Will attend promptly and understands that if not, there is no guarantee of making up time or obligation to do so. VIP will always be as accommodating as possible within the scope of business needs and capacity to do so (discretionary).

  • Will adhere to the change of schedule or cancellation policy. Forty-eight hours' notice is required to change a booked client appointment; if not, there is no obligation for VIP to recover or forego payment in this event. VIP will, however, be prepared to reschedule and conclude within seven days of the missed appointment based on scheduling availability only.

  • Memberships are paid monthly. It is entirely the responsibility of the member to attend group sessions and gain value from regular commitment. Any missed sessions are not recoverable. VIP is happy to discuss membership options and offers many flexible arrangements to suit the needs of many and circumstances alike.

VIP loves to celebrate the efforts and successes of all its clients and members. It gives confidence to many who may find taking the first steps of their journey a little daunting. To help build a positive community and the belief that health, ideal weight, and well-being are attainable for everyone, we often journal or publish photos across various platforms. These include our website, social media, group chat forums such as WhatsApp, and published materials to help promote and grow the great work of VIP and the continued success we achieve in our community.
